Mercy Mall is OPEN for clients in Crisis.

We are serving clients in two ways: Drive-thru Appointments and In-Boutique Appointments. Please see the information and a NEW appointment button below.

We are currently serving most clients in a Drive-Thru pick up format, where we pack items based on a list and schedule a pick up appointment. We are also offering a few clients each week an “In-Boutique” appointment where you will shop for clothing, shoes and/or outerwear and we will pack your household and/or baby items – those are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis and have a few requirements: We ask that only the client comes in to shop (no children, case managers or other family members) and that the client wears a mask while inside the boutique. 

Please note we are only scheduling appointments two weeks in advance, if you are not offered an “In-Boutique” appointment and do not want a Drive-Thru appointment, we will ask you to try again in a few weeks by emailing us to inquire about available “In-Boutique” appointments.

In order for this appointment system to work, we need YOUR help and flexibility! Please fill out the form in as detailed a manner as possible and give us your cell # in the form. An appointment setter will contact you, via text, to discuss an In Boutique or Drive-thru Pick Up appointment.

For the appointment, please have your trunk cleared out in advance and remain in your car. When you arrive at Mercy Mall, call our main number: 804-728-2928. For In Boutique appointments, we will come get you,  and for Drive-thru, pick up appointments, we will bring your items out to you and place them in the trunk.
