When Veronica reached out to Mercy Mall, she was at a breaking point. Her sixth-grade daughter was being repeatedly sent home from school for violating the school dress code – she simply didn’t have the proper clothes to wear!

But this was just the latest hurdle.

Over just a few weeks, Veronica moved, changed jobs, began taking online classes, and depleted her savings to make it all happen. There was simply nothing left for school clothes.

Feeling overwhelmed, she remembered being served by Mercy Mall eight years earlier.  With nowhere else to turn, she reached out.  We were able to serve Veronica right away, providing her daughter with appropriate clothing and, more importantly, giving Veronica much-needed relief and renewed hope.
