At Mercy Mall, we provide essential items to individuals and families facing crises, ensuring they have access to basic necessities during difficult times. Whether someone is experiencing homelessness, transitioning into stable housing, or facing unexpected hardship, we offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support. Our pre-packed orders, available by appointment, include clothing, baby items, toiletries, and household essentials. In extreme weather, we provide space heaters and fans as needed. More than just material aid, we share a message of love, hope, and encouragement—reminding every individual that they are valued and not alone.
Pack ‘Cases of Hope’ for Individuals Rebuilding After Incarceration
Mercy Mall’s Cases of Hope program provides individuals rebuilding life after incarceration with essential items and encouragement as they transition back into society. In partnership with local correctional facilities and reentry programs, we supply suitcases filled with clothing, hygiene products, and travel necessities tailored to each recipient. Each case also includes faith-based resources, creative outlets, and a handwritten note of support—reminding them they are valued and not alone. Our mission is to extend love and hope, helping individuals embrace a fresh start with dignity and encouragement.
Provide Faith-Based and Community Support
Through our WeCare program, Mercy Mall extends faith-based and community support beyond a client’s visit, offering prayer, encouragement, and resources via text. Additionally, we provide case-by-case assistance through two initiatives. Project PRAISE partners with organizations to swiftly help those in need, supporting individuals on their path to stability. Room for Change collaborates with The Davis Child Advocacy Center to create healing spaces for children overcoming trauma, empowering them to redesign their rooms. Through these programs, we provide hope, encouragement, and a sense of stability for those facing life’s challenges.
Holiday Hope: Adopt-a-Family & ELF (Every Last Family) Shop
Holiday Hope brings joy and relief to families experiencing crisis during the winter season. Through our Adopt-A-Family program, individuals, businesses, and ministries are matched with vetted families to provide essential support, including coats, space heaters, cleaning supplies, and gifts for children. For those not matched, our ELF (Every Last Family) Shop ensures every referred family receives holiday assistance. We also distribute donated holiday decorations to create a warm, festive home environment. By coming together as a community, we help families celebrate the season with dignity, warmth, and hope.
