Mercy Mall is a ministry offering free clothing, housewares (not furniture), baby items, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and more to individuals and families overcoming the obstacles to home and life stability.
We know that asking for help can be difficult, but you are not alone! We serve up to 200 new individuals and families a month going through extremely difficult circumstances. You may need “things”, but we are more than “stuff-distributors”. We will do our best to serve you in the best way possible with the resources we have plus a smile, maybe a hug, and whole lot of love.
This is how we define crises; if this is your situation, please reach out to us.
- You and/or your children have 2 or less outfits that fit and are weather appropriate.
- You lost all your clothing/household/baby items due to a fire, sudden re-housing, theft or other crisis.
- You have transitioned from homelessness or unstable housing to new housing and do not have the necessary items to live and cook in the home.
- You are pregnant and due to give birth within 30 days and do not have the necessary items to properly care for the baby.
Please text your name and a description of your current crisis situation to 804-728-2928 . We check messages Mon – Fri and will respond within 3-4 business days, but usually sooner. We appreciate your patience. Mercy Mall currently offers curb-side pick up appointments where we pack clients’ orders based on the information they provide.
Mercy Mall makes no guarantee that we will offer you an appointment or that we will meet all of your clothing, housewares and/or baby gear needs.
