Donation FAQ’s

Mercy Mall of VA is a ministry that loves to share the Love of God with our clients. We believe that your donations are a direct reflection of God’s Love to our clients. Clothing and Shoe Donations must meet certain criteria in order to be considered for our boutique. We only stock our boutique with clothes and shoes that are in very good to excellent condition (no stains, rips or tears – unless that’s part of the style). We try to keep our boutique stocked with styles that were worn within the past 5 years.

We ask that Housewares and Baby items are in good working condition and clean. Car Seats must not be expired (please look up your car seat’s expiration date before donating).

We know that God is the greatest gift giver and know we can’t outgive Him…but it can’t hurt to try. Thank you for partnering with us to provide local families and individuals with Clothes, Housewares, Baby Items and Food.

Current Donation Requests

It is only through community support from individuals, churches, and organizations that we are able to continue the mission of serving families in crisis in the Richmond metro area and beyond. See our historical list of community partners and consider how your church or organization can join arms and fund a ministry working to bring hope to the hurting and further the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.

Volunteer

Our volunteer hours are limited due to the coronavirus outbreak. We are continuing to serve individuals and families in crisis in RVA with a small group of employees and volunteers.
